shipping and payment Most orders are shipped 2-3 business days after we receive your order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If anything is out of stock, we will contact you by email and let you know of the delay.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal payments. For PayPal payments, use our PayPal address info@astropitch.com. Your credit card will show a charge to astropitch, inc. If you do not insure your package, astropitch cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. All UPS shipments are automatically insured for up to $100. We use authorize.net as our secure, encrypted gateway for all credit card transactions. Sorry, we do not ship to Indonesia, Philippines or Singapore.
returns & exchanges We want you to be completely happy with your astrotot purchase. However, if you should need to return or exchange an item that you have purchased on our website, you can do so by calling us at (510)748-9455 or emailing us at orders@astrotot.net within 14 days to obtain return shipping instructions. Please provide your astrotot order number. If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition. We recommend sending your items insured. We are not responsible for items not received if a tracking number is not provided. We do not accept items sent C.O.D. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
All sale items are final.
We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.
